All sessions last 60-70 minutes.
At the first session, we will discuss your health history, current conditions, and the reasons that brought you to Rolfing. This is a time to set goals for your experience, answer any additional questions you may have, and further explain the Rolfing process.
What to Wear for Rolfing Session:
You will then dress down to your underwear or to your comfort level (shorts and a t-shirt). Together we will begin to assess your structure as you stand and as you walk. The majority of the session will take place with you lying on a massage table as I begin to loosen the initial layers of restrictions in your body.
